Missions are a big part of First Baptist. Jesus charged us to "go and make disciples of all nations," and we take that seriously. There are mission opportunities in many areas all year round!

Many people may assume mission work is limited to foreign countries. Missions at First Baptist include going to locations overseas, across the country, and down the road. The lost are all around us and have needs we can meet!

First Baptist also is a strong proponent of missions funding. More than 12 percent of our giving goes to denominational missions outside our congregation, with additional offerings throughout the year for specialized projects.

Participation in missions has no boundaries. There are volunteer roles that fit any skill set, as well as training opportunities to prepare you for areas of disaster relief.
